To help us best plan for the amount of food needed, please register and let us know how many will be attending with you. Donations do not need to be made at the time of registration but can be made in person at the event or online at https://dwellinghousechurch.com/give\n\n\n\nHow much does this event cost per person?\n\n\n\nThere is a suggested donation of $10 per person. Donations can be made at the time of registration, in person at the event, or online at chapelvalley.org/give\n\n\n\nWhat makes this different than a normal Passover meal?\n\n\n\nThis will be a guided Passover meal from a Christian perspective. This will be a time to explore the symbolism found within the Passover Feast; especially relating to the Lord’s Communion. The goal is to greater understanding of the sacrifice and atonement Jesus, the Lamb of God, made for us from scripture.\n\n\n\nWhat food is being served?\n\n\n\nWhile food is being served, this is not a full meal. A small portion of lamb will be served, charoseth (a sweet combination of fruits and nuts including walnuts and apples), matzoh crackers, and grape juice. We recommend a light meal before the event.\n\n\n\nHow long will the Seder meal be?\n\n\n\nWith the guided explanation of symbolism throughout this Passover meal, please plan on 2.5-3 hours for the event.\n\n\n\nWill there be childcare available?\n\n\n\nNo. There is no childcare available but children are welcome. Please be aware, however, that most of the duration of the event is seated at round tables.\n\n\n\n\n
